Property was really bad, smell coming out from the room and washroom was dirty. Bedsheets and comforters was dirty and having stain marks. Room lock was broken and there was no safety at all. I checked and stayed for 1 hour only as i was booking a new hotel and raise a complaint for refund and still did not get any response.the hotel manager lady was really rude to them as well over the call. It was a terrible experience and i asked executive to discontinue this property. I was expecting a refund as i did not stayed at that hotel and at the same time i left. I would request you to please refund

Location is very good, distance between beach and cottage only 3 minutes run. Food price is very high.

It was very poor experience, room was not clean, bed and towel was in dirty condition. We experience power failure in room. Overall it was one of bad experience in my life.

The property was not much clean, slum like view from first-floor passage, small room to accommodate 4 people everything including towels water given only on several requests, lack family atmospere

It is nearest to colva beach and hotel was neat and clean, food is also good, staff is coperative, parking space available overall stay is plea-sent

My stay here was quite average as the room was over priced for a small room with no complimentary drinking water bottle or toiletries (soap or shampoo) or tv with no cable connection. I can understand the high price could be due to festival season. Pillow and bedsheet was also not very clean.

The hotel is located at the heart of the colva region very near to the sea beach. Atmosphere is beautiful and rooms are good, but requires more maintenance. Room service is excellent, but they lack manpower causing delay during rush times. Food is equally good, but rate is slightly higher. Overall a good stay.

I booked 3 rooms based on details and photos but the rooms are entirely different and waste of money. Their check in time was at 11o clock but the room were not ready even i reached there by 2. 30 pm again i had wait to till 3 pm. At night there had a continues power cut and the ac off automatically. Broken floor's and spider nets can be see. Not safe to to go with kids there are broken sockets.

The hotel is very neat and clean with very little room space as superior deluxe ac room. The complementary breakfast (self serve) is too good and ambience is up to the mark. Mosquito problem is there but don’t panic because they provide mosquito repellent liquid machine. Self washing, cleaning and fooding is not allowed. Although, you can take lunch/dinner at their own restaurant. Go goa. Green goa.
